Omar Sosa is an internationally celebrated pianist, composer, bandleader and producer with an extraordinary career spanning more than 30 years, earning seven GRAMMY nominations and a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, DC.

A highly original and creative artist as well as a dynamic and charismatic performer, Omar has developed a unique musical language that blends jazz, Afro-Cuban traditions, world music and contemporary grooves. With more than 40 recordings to his name, he creates concerts that are both deeply rooted and constantly evolving.
